Feature and Follow Friday 1#

Hi guys!! It's the first time I do this weekly meme and I hope I understood it correctly... (:
 
Q: Happy Mother's Day! Who is your favorite mom from fiction?
 
Well, that's a hard question!! I hardly pay attention to GOOD fictional moms, I only notice them when they are being cruel. I know it's weird... LOL
Anyway, the best mom I can remember would be Carry's step-mom from If You Find Me. I know, technically she's not Carrie's real mom, but she sure acted like one. I loved how she always tried to make Carry feel comfortable in her new home and how she tried to give her the best of everything.
What I loved the most about her was how she accepted her daughter the way she is and told her to never change and to stay the caring girl-in-the-woods. I think that all moms should talk to their daughters like that and make them feel worthy and special!!

    Surprisingly this was a hard question. Parents tend to be absent in most books these days. Even YA. But I went with the well loved classic choice!

    If I ever find any moms in fiction, it's the same for me. I think I've only read about three? And two of them are pretty vague. New Follower @ GFC and BlogLovin'.
